The founder of Educon Mrs. Riddhi Ashish Panchal is a Post Grad HR from Mumbai University and Certified Green Belt Career Counsellor from University of California, extension of UCLA. She has Extensive experience in recruiting professionals on various technologies and helping them attain their desired level of growth in terms of placing people of right caliber at right places.

She is willing to diversify her experience to young students and emerging professionals with her new venture, ready to provide expert guidance and advice students to help them choose their right career paths. Her strengths are clear communication, attention to detail, good listener, ability to develop a personal rapport, empathetic, efficient and meticulous in nature.
